Civility, democracy and gender equality are three different terms that are very compatible. When you consciously take one out from the other there starts perversion of a conducive social system. To ensure that the rights, respect and equality of every individual is attained, the three terms above must be recognised.
Civility means a kind regards and respects for a given and acceptable social standard.
Democracy means that everyone is so important and rights of the people to choose and make personal decision that is void of harming others is recognized.
Gender equality means that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to harness their given potential without any interference on the basis of gender.
